The upkeep that keeps a property in shape.
We agree on the scope up front, on a recurring schedule or job by job. Typical work includes:
Minor repairs
Small fixes around common areas, units, and offices before they turn into bigger problems.
Punch-list items
Small items left after a project or turnover, taken care of in one visit.
Painting touch-ups & drywall patching
Scuffs, dings, and small holes patched and touched up.
Fixture & hardware replacement
Handles, hinges, towel bars, light covers, and similar hardware swapped out.
Common-area checks
Regular checks of shared spaces so issues get flagged early.
Trash & dumpster areas
Enclosures and trash areas kept clean and tidy between pickups.
Simple to start. Easy to manage.

What kind of handyman work do you do?
Minor repairs, punch-list items, painting touch-ups, drywall patching, and fixture and hardware replacement. Work that requires a licensed trade, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or roofing, should go to a licensed contractor.
Can maintenance be added to our cleaning contract?
Yes. Many associations and property managers bundle maintenance with recurring cleaning so one vendor handles both.
Do you take one-off jobs?
Yes. Send us a punch list or a single job and we’ll price it.
How is pricing set?
Recurring maintenance gets a flat monthly price. One-off jobs get a flat price for the scope, in writing before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WS Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
