What is concierge home care?
It’s ongoing care for a home you don’t live in full time: scheduled cleaning while you’re away, pre-arrival prep, laundry and linens, restocking, plant care, and package handling.
Can you get the house ready before we arrive?
Yes. We clean, put fresh linens on the beds, and restock essentials before your arrival date.
Do you close the house when we leave for the season?
Yes. We do a close-out clean and can keep the home on a cleaning schedule while it’s empty.
How is pricing set?
You get a flat price based on the home and the services you choose, in writing before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WS Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
