How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices do well with weekly or twice-weekly service. Busy offices with heavy restroom and kitchen use often need three to five visits a week. We recommend a schedule once we see the space.
Can you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most office cleaning happens before opening or after close so it doesn’t interrupt your staff or clients.
How is pricing set?
You get a flat per-visit or monthly price based on the size of the space, the areas in scope, and how often we clean.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment, including HEPA vacuums. Paper goods and soap are usually supplied by the office, and we restock them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WS Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you require a long-term contract?
