I started WS Cleaning Services because I saw a consistent gap in the commercial cleaning market: companies that were great at winning accounts and inconsistent at keeping them. Missed visits, poor communication, rotating crews who didn’t know the property. It was the norm, not the exception.
The goal from the beginning was straightforward: show up when we say we will, do the work at the standard we agreed to, and be reachable when something comes up. It’s not a complicated idea, but a lot of cleaning companies don’t deliver on it.
We work with commercial offices, HOA boards, property managers, and general contractors across Palm Beach County. Every account gets a documented scope before work begins, assigned crew members who learn the property, and a direct line of communication instead of a call center.
