For General Contractors & Custom Home Builders

Post-construction cleaning, run as a trade.

Rough, final, and touch-up cleaning for new builds, remodels, and renovations across Palm Beach County. Formal proposals and documented scope on every job.

Scope of Work

What a full post-construction clean covers.

Every job is scoped before we bid. These are the core line items on a typical luxury residential or commercial turnover.

•

Full HEPA vacuuming

All surfaces, cabinetry, and hard-to-reach areas. Fine construction dust removed in layers, not a single pass.

•

Interior glass & windows

Ammonia-free solution on tinted glass, so no hazing or damage. Tracks wiped, frames detailed.

•

All floor types

Tile, hardwood, epoxy, LVP, and stone, each cleaned with the right product for the material.

•

High-reach surfaces

Ceilings, fans, and fixtures at 22 ft and up, using extension poles and ladders.

•

Kitchen & bath detailing

Cabinet faces and interiors, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and grout haze on fresh tile.

•

Pre-walkthrough check

We go back through the documented scope before your walkthrough, so nothing ends up on your punch list.

Three Phases

Structured like the rest of your schedule.

Rough clean

After the last trade leaves: debris out, floors swept and vacuumed, cabinets cleared of sawdust and drywall dust, stickers and film removed.

Final clean

The main deliverable. Every surface detailed by material: glass, floors, walls, baseboards, high-reach, kitchen, baths, and touch points.

Punch-list touch-up

If trades re-enter after the final clean, we come back to re-dust disturbed areas and get the unit delivery-ready.

Post-Construction Questions

What GCs and builders ask us.

Don’t see yours? Call or text (561) 629-9273.

What’s the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?

A rough clean happens after the last trade leaves: debris out, floors swept and vacuumed, and dust cleared from cabinets and surfaces. The final clean is the detailed, move-in ready clean of every surface, done by material, before handover.

When should we schedule the final clean?

After all trades are finished and before your final walkthrough with the owner or inspector. If trades come back in after the final, we return for a touch-up so the home is ready at delivery.

How do you price post-construction cleaning?

Every job is priced from the scope: square footage, condition, finishes, glass, and how many phases you need. You get a formal written proposal before any work begins.

Do you clean remodels and renovations, or only new construction?

Both. We clean new builds, remodels, and renovations, including occupied homes where only part of the house was worked on.

How do you handle construction dust?

Our crews use HEPA vacuums and remove fine dust in layers, starting high and working down, so it doesn’t resettle on finished surfaces.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. WS Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your project files.
