Do you work with self-managed associations?
Yes. We work directly with board members at self-managed associations, and with management companies at managed ones.
Can you give us a proposal for our board meeting?
Yes. Once we’ve gone over the property, we send a written proposal with the scope, schedule, and a flat monthly price, ready to put in your board packet.
How is pricing set?
We price after going over the property with you. You get a flat monthly or per-visit price based on the areas in scope and how often we clean. No hourly billing.
How often can you clean?
Weekly and every-two-weeks service are most common. Larger communities may need visits several times a week, and we’ll recommend a schedule when we go over the property.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WS Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your association’s files.
What are the contract terms?
We offer Flexible Contract Options so your board can choose terms that fit how it approves vendors.
